1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Cendrin LLC (“Cendrin,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through the websites, applications, and online services we operate, including but not limited to the Rogue Calibration™ platform (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are designed primarily for business-to-business users; however, general website visitors may access certain portions of the Services without creating an account, and this Policy applies to them as well.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy. We may update this Policy periodically, and any changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after a revised Policy is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Definitions
For purposes of this Policy: “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with an identifiable individual or business contact. “Non-Personal Information” means information that does not identify an individual or that has been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified. “Requester” mean a business entity, and its representatives, that submits a request for services through the Services. “Partner” means a service provider that creates an account on the Services to receive, review, claim, or fulfill those service opportunities. “General Visitor” means individuals who access the Services without creating an account or submitting a request.
3. Information We Collect
A. General Visitors
Individuals who visit our websites without creating an account or submitting a service request may still provide or generate information. This may include technical data automatically collected through cookies, analytics tools, and server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, and details about how the visitor uses and navigates the site. General Visitors may also voluntarily submit information through contact forms, newsletter sign- ups, or other general inquiries. Such information typically includes business contact information such as name, email address, phone number, and any message submitted.
B. Requesters
When Requesters submit a service request, they may provide business details such as company name, business address, website URL, contact names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers. They may also provide detailed information about the services they seek, including equipment lists, descriptions of requested work, uploaded documents, and any additional notes or materials relevant to the request. Requesters may create login credentials if they choose to establish an account, although doing so is optional.
C. Partners
Partners provide business information necessary to participate in the platform’s lead-generation and fulfillment processes. This may include company name, business addresses, websites, contact details, descriptions of qualifications or service capabilities, accreditation information, service areas, and materials uploaded to their profile. Partners must also supply payment method information to claim and pay for service leads; however, such financial details are processed directly by a PCI-compliant payment processor. The Company does not store full payment card or banking information on its own systems.
D. Automatically Collected Information
Across all categories of users, including General Visitors, Requesters, and Partners, we may automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and server logging. Such information may include device identifiers, browser data, IP addresses, geolocation inferences, referring URLs, interaction data, session duration, pages viewed, and the date and time of access. This information helps us to operate, secure, and improve the Services, support advertising and analytics functions, and understand user engagement patterns.
4. How We Use Information
We use Personal Information to operate, maintain, and enhance the Services, including enabling Requesters to submit service requests and facilitating Partners’ ability to access, evaluate, claim, and fulfill those opportunities. We also use information to communicate with users, respond to inquiries, send administrative notices, process transactions through third-party payment processors, provide technical or customer support, and administer and improve overall platform functionality.
In addition, we may use Personal Information and automatically collected data to analyze usage patterns, enhance platform performance, develop new features, and support advertising and marketing activities, including targeted or retargeted advertising campaigns. We may also use Personal Information to detect and prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others. Non-Personal Information may be used for any lawful purpose, including analytics, research, and improving the Services.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
The Company utilizes artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning, and other automated technologies as part of the operation, optimization, and security of the Services. These technologies may be used, among other things, to assist with lead-matching, request routing, fraud prevention, platform security, analytics, customer support, dynamic pricing, and system optimization.
In the course of providing these functions, Personal Information, usage data, device data, and transactional information may be processed by automated systems and by third-party technology providers acting as subprocessors on the Company’s behalf. Such processing is performed solely for legitimate business purposes consistent with this Policy.
The Company does not use Personal Information submitted through the Services to train public or open artificial intelligence models. Any AI tools used by the Company are subject to contractual confidentiality, data protection, and data-use restriction
Automated tools are designed to assist human decision-making and operational efficiency. No automated processing carried out by the Company alone produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning users without human oversight
Outputs generated by automated systems may be probabilistic in nature and may contain inaccuracies. Users acknowledge and agree that they remain solely responsible for how they interpret and rely upon any outputs, recommendations, matches, or analytics produced through the Services.
6. No Warranty as to Automated Outputs
Automated tools and AI-assisted features are provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant that automated outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Disclosure of Information
Requester information is shared with eligible Partners for the sole purpose of allowing those Partners to evaluate, claim, and fulfill service opportunities. This exchange of information is a fundamental component of the Services.
We may also disclose Personal Information to third-party service providers that support our operations, such as hosting providers, customer relationship management (CRM) or email management tools, analytics and advertising platforms, security monitoring vendors, and payment processors. This may include technology providers that support artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, security, and optimization functions under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. These third parties may access Personal Information only to perform services on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for any unrelated purpose.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar corporate transaction, Personal Information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity. We may also disclose Personal Information when required by law, legal process, government request, or when necessary to enforce our rights or protect our interests or the safety of our users.
8. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Analytics
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies to support essential site functionality, enable user authentication, measure and analyze usage trends, and support advertising and retargeting activities. General Visitors, Requesters, and Partners are all subject to such tracking when interacting with the Services. Users may adjust their browser settings to refuse or delete cookies; however, certain platform features may not function properly if cookies are disabled. Our Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
9. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to operate the Services, maintain business and financial records, satisfy legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our rights. Lead histories, request records, and transaction-related information may be retained for extended periods as part of our normal business operations. When Personal Information is no longer required, we will delete it or de-identify it when reasonably feasible.
10. Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Despite these precautions, no method of electronic storage or transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If required by applicable law, we will notify affected individuals in the event of a security incident involving Personal Information.
